We understand that not all items may be a perfect match or exactly what you expected which is why we will gladly accept your return or exchange within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
Returns and Exchanges must meet the following criteria:
- Print and complete the Returns & Exchanges Form (click here to print)
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the date your order is delivered (the delivery date provided by shipping carrier).
- Items must be unworn, free of stains (make-up or otherwise) and free of odor.
- Items must contain original tagging and accessories (if applicable).
- Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Upon the receipt of your return, an email will be sent to the email address provided when your order was placed, to confirm the processing of your return.
Refunds will be credited back only to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. If the credit/debit card or PayPal account is no longer available, you will be provided with a store credit.
Refunds may take up to 10 days to credit your account depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will be issued for the amount of the initial order minus initial shipping charges.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Since we have limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that we will have the same item of a different size in stock. If the item you are requesting is not available, we will notify you and provide you with the following options:
- Refund your order minus shipping charges.
- Provide you with store credit equal to the amount of your initial order minus shipping charges.
